The STEP program at BMW, available at BMW mechanic schools, is designed with the purpose of developing a high quality service technician force, to be employed at one of the many BMW centers in North America. Students will receive detailed instruction with some of the most innovative technology, and they will work on the newest models of BMW's, including the M5, X3, X5 SAV, Z4, 645 and the luxury 7 series.
