National Aviation Academy offers 5 different Technical Programs

Aviation Maintenance Professional (AMP)

The AMP program combines Airframe & Powerplant with Avionics to give you the best Aviation Maintenance Education and most desired by Aviation Employers. This program takes about 21 months to complete. Students receive over 3,000 hours of instruction.

Aviation Maintenance Technology (AMT)

The AMT program includes both Airframe & Powerplant technologies leading to dual FAA certifications. This program takes about 14 months to complete. Students receive 2,000 hours of instruction

Avionics Technology (AVT)

The AVT program focuses on the Avionics technologies leading to an NCATT certification. You need to have your A&P licenses prior to taking this program. Students can complete this program in about 7 months, receiving 1,000 hours of instruction.

Aviation Maintenance Certification (AMC)

The objective of this program was designed to expand both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the experienced aviation technician. Individual instructional blocks provide aviation maintenance technicians with the fundamentals necessary for a career in aircraft maintenance and repair.

Individuals who are eligible for this course must have already obtained the FAA minimum level of Aircraft Maintenance experience and are in possession of a signed FAA Form 8610-2. Students of this program receive 80 hours of instruction in a 2 week period.

Aviation Maintenance Management Technology

The Aviation Maintenance Management Technology (AVAMM-AS) Program is an articulated program with the National Aviation Academy (NAA) and St. Petersburg College in Clearwater, Florida to obtain an Associate In Science Degree. The graduates of this A.S. Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management Technology would also be eligible to transfer to the Bachelor of Applied Science Degree (BAS) in Technology Management.
